01Shipping options & timelines
Every order ships from our Karachi warehouse. Delivery time depends on your city and how many aisles your order spans — we consolidate into one box wherever possible.

02Tracking your order
You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also check status anytime from your account under "Order history."
03Returns & exchanges
Not the right fit, wrong color, changed your mind — you have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
- Start a return from your account, or message us with your order number.
- We'll email a prepaid return label for eligible items.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
04Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund without asking you to ship anything back, in most cases.
05International orders
We currently ship within Pakistan only. We're working on international shipping — join our newsletter for updates on when it's available.
